IC2 machines require EU, not RF. You have to use some kind of wire that convert one to the other. I don't think thermal dynamics has one. Immersive engineering wire should convert correctly. IE conduits also connect to TD wire. Just put a HV conduit/transformer thingy on one, another on the IC2 machine, and connect with HV wire.
