Prior to its release, many collectors speculated that the new model would be a major overhaul of the watch, but the updated Rolex reference 226570 is incredibly similar to .
With a tiny 6” wrist, I feel like finally have the chance to join the Panerai community with a real Panerai-DNA watch. Definitely love how it look on my wrist. Short and curved lugs combined with leather straps make Panerai wear smaller than the diameter. If you want a Luminor, consider trying some Bettarini case models (000, 005, 111, etc), which wear closer to the wrist than the 1950 case models. I am kinda coming around to quite liking panerai and their unique style. But they are huge and hefty watches, they only really look good on a suitably big wrist. As a 6.5 inch wrister myself, no way would I ever consider a 44mm panerai. I wonder if there is a Panerai for my 6.5" wrist. It has to be water resistant and have a screw down crown. It doesn't matter that it is out of print. Thanks My wife, for example, is right-handed but prefers to wear a watch on her right wrist so the crown faces her arm and doesn’t dig into her wrist. The Panerai Luminor is a big, beefy watch with a massive crown protection system. When I wear a regular 44mm Luminor on my 6.5-inch wrist, it’s pretty uncomfortable.

The new Panerai Quaranta Watch Collection, released in 2023, with specs, prices, photos, and expert analysis. All the wrist shot photos in this article show the Panerai 372 on my wrist which measures 6.5 (165MM) inches in circumference. I am 6 feet tall, but have smaller wrists, yet the Panerai 372 in not too large, and fits unbelievably well. For most people 47MM works well, once you get used to it. Radiomir is their best model, 42mm is the most versatile size, and the dial has perfect layout. It always bothered me when I see the 9 and seconds hand in close proximity. Brown strap is also better than the lime green. Wear it in good health!
The smallest watch in the arguably dressier (within the landscape of modern Panerai) Radiomir line-up, Panerai’s original design from 1935, comes in at 42mm, but don’t despair if this seems large. A restrained 48.5mm lug-to-lug makes this offering very approachable indeed for our smaller wrists.I have 7" wrists and rock two different 47mm PAM Subs and a 44mm Luminor. They're big but Panerai should be big, they don't look bad. With 6" wrists OP could easily rock a 42mm and a 44mm should probably be comparable to me wearing a 47mm.
