The seller gaurenteed that it was authentic, but I'm not sure about it. It is bought as a new watch without tags.Cheap labour and minimal overheads may make fake watches a lot cheaper than Swiss originals, but the most accurate fakes are still far from cheap, costing many hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars.
