congrats on the LV-1020! i haven't experienced them personally, but only heard good stuff about them. recap: very likely. most people do it right away, especially when they find tons of FRAKO caps. looking at the circuit diagram there are about 20+ to be replaced. if soldering isn't your thing, find someone else who will do the job for you.BRAUN LV1020.
