When Rolex released the new Datejust 36 this year at Baselworld much to my disgust they have decided on using a sporty oyster clasp on the jubilee bracelet just like the DJ 41 and new jubilee GMT Pepsi and are phasing out the beautiful super jubilee. I would speculate they discontinued it due to micro-adjustment challenges. Micro adjustments are much easier to address with the current clasp.
